We also provide full service administrative and financial management to HOA’s, Condominium Associations, and individual residential properties.

EMG maintains a Fidelity Bond and Professional Liability Coverage. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage; hold an “Unrestricted” Construction Supervisors license in the State of Massachusetts and offer Notary Public Services.
